Subscription cancellation policy
Cancellation is two full months notice in writing and the full unused months will be refunded.
Subscriptions by geographical region and hospitality market sector
The cost for all sector specific or geographical subscriptions will be based on a proportional basis for data added since 1 September 2025. Full details for geographical and market sector breakdowns are available on the openings analytics tab.
Geographical region and market sector subscriptions are annual only.
Previous 12 month data purchase
The 12 and 6 month subscriptions do not include the previous 12 month data. This is an additional cost. A subscription does not need to be taken to purchase the 12 month data set. The previous 12 months data will be supplied from the date of the order.
No refunds are offered.
Auto renew
We do not auto renew subscriptions.
Additional users
Up to the 31 December 2026, the subscription is a company subscription, irrespective of the number of users.
From 1 January 2027 a surcharge of £30 + vat / additional user will be added.
